SAIL RSP APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2026 STIPED

During the one‑year training period at Rourkela Steel Plant, apprentices will receive a fixed monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and the guidelines of NAPS/NATS. The stipend amount differs based on the category of apprenticeship — Trade Apprentices (₹9,600), Diploma Apprentices (₹10,900), and Graduate Apprentices (₹12,300). The payment is credited directly to the apprentice’s bank account every month. Apprentices are not entitled to additional allowances such as HRA, TA, or DA, since the program is designed purely for training and skill development.
